If a pay-monthly line is suspended for non-payment, it should be reinstated within 24hours of payment clearing.

From the timestamp on your screenshot, there has currently been 16minutes elapsed.

As @bristolian mentioned, if your SIM has been barred due to a missed payment, it can take up to 24 hours for the restriction to be lifted once payment is received. Restarting your device during this time may help refresh the connection.

If it’s still not working after this time, or if you’re unsure, I’d recommend speaking with our team so they can check your account and help get things sorted.
