Phone credit run out abroad

Hello im abroad and I need to oay my bill, when i call it tells me to call 470, that doesn't work, I tried to log into my account the details dont match and there is no customer service email to contact!

@Charlottekenny2 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
