I have been over charged for 2 months even my contract finish

I'm really stressed after talking to your agent called Rob . I simply explained him that you have charged me for my iPad contract even though I finished paying 24 months contract.he wants me to call company and cancel the contract before you have charged me to get my money back. I wasn't aware about it and I requested him to refund the money . He kept me waiting on the phone to speak to manger. I came out from work place to speak to him and he is telling me no managers available to speak. I am really disappointed and feel like scammed by company I have been with last few years .. to be honest I am shaking when I type this message and your customer service agent not understanding how to speak to customer politely and respectful. Please attend my issue asap and get me out of misery and I wish no any other customer will face same situation like me.

i have been contacted by his manager later and saying because I didn’t call them they can refund only 50% what they have charged extra. I don’t understand why big company like EE wants to keep my money instead of returning because of I request refund..

how can solve this issue

EE's mobile contracts are not fixed term ones that end on any particular date, apart from anything else one logical consequence of that would be service being automatically disconnected on the same date. The complaint volumes would be horrendous.

What you have is a rolling service provision contract that continues until & unless you explicitly request disconnection. If you've not done this, then you should consider yourself extremely lucky to have a reduction on the subscription which was contractually due.

Many users confuse "contract end" with the minimum-term period. Reaching the end of your minimum-term, sometimes called commitment period, does not mean your contract has stopped.

@Buddhika2025  You resolve it be reading the contract and understanding what happens at the minimum term date.  From reading what you’ve put you didn’t understand it or didn’t read it and take no accountability for that.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Buddhika2025 : No refund is due. You were still under contract to EE.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There may however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 30 days of your contract term.

Bear the previous posts in mind, and consider what outcome is realistically expected.
