I ordered a iPhone 17 with an unlimited data contract on Black Friday which then got cancelled the same day so I phoned up on Black Friday and got the order put through again but I’ve been charged for delivery which was free because of Black Friday and also got charged full price for the data plan even though it had a deal on it. Unsure of what to do now

@HollywoodA93  Online ordering is free delivery ordering over the phone has a chargeable delivery.  

You need to speak with customer support about the billing. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
