How do I use the credit notes against my bill... or does it happen automatically?

If you have credit on your account this will automatically be used against your bill.

So, why do they give me physical "credit notes" to download.. ? Why not just amend the entries on the account?

Hi @mgarywalsh.
I'm not sure why this would be.
Usually a credit is used against future bills till the credit has been used up.
Is this for an EE account or a BT account?
