Hi

I bought new Sim which is unlimited 24months plan from EE shop last week.

but as soon as I put the sim, I found out EE is not working very well in my house.

so I didn't use at all,  I'd like to cancle it.

I tried to call EE customer service. but I'm not good at English. so I couldn't .

Is there any way to cancle online or Live chat ?

Thank you...

@JihyunKwon : No, you'll need to take it back to the store & explain you have coverage problems. As you ordered in-store you have no statutory "change-of-mind" right of return.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hello @JihyunKwon ,

Welcome to the community,

There is no cooling off period if you got your SIM card from a high street store.

Is it only in your house that the signal is not working very well?

Do you have fixed broadband? If so, you should be able to use wifi calling, you just need to set this up in your phone’s settings.

Live chat is found via the EE App when someone is available and you have a contract with EE. You cannot cancel online, you would have to do this either by ringing customer service or live chat.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
