I been trying to cancelled my contract

I been trying  to call Ee Service  to cancel my contract since February, my contract  supposed  to end in August  2022 and i realice that the still charging me in February  2023 but because is my sister contract i didn't  realise so they still trying to charge  me

Once your contract has ended you will be required to notify EE if you wish to continue, upgrade or cancel. Without any communication your contract will continue rolling.
