We'd definitely not want to see you missing out on any discount!
Once you have generated a discount code, you need to have it applied to your account within a maximum of 30 days from your original purchase/upgrade date. That is correct 😊
This is also detailed in our Perk Discount FAQ section.
If you contact us directly and supply the code, our team will get that added for you if you're within the first 30 days and have chosen an eligible plan.

You can use the Perk code at the checkout when you're taking out a new plan or upgrading.

I was told I can add it with in 30 days of taking out a contract but I can’t find how anywhere, I have called EE which was a waste of time as they didn’t know how to add it either , I wouldn’t have taken out the new contract if I had been told i needed to add it there and then , fuming
