@Pat_anne72 There was the yearly price increase and this year it was 14.4% that’s Decembers CPI rate and 3.9% as per your contract. And you can see your contract term via the my EE app. If you open the app and click SHOP and scroll down you’ll see your contract start and minimum term date.
