How can I speak to someone at EE about my plan

Is it possible to speak to a representative at EE about my plan?

I have tried everything here and when I phone I only get an automated messages but these are not things that I need help with.

@JenHermon  Call customer support on 150 from your EE phone.  If you want to live chat you need to open the EE app and under help there should be a live chat option.  You need to be a contact customer to have access to live chat
