hello,
I was able to see and print my bill statements for last 6 months but I need all of them ( account opened in April 2018) but the system won't let me to see them.
Please kindly advise.

You can request copies of any bills that aren't available in My EE by contacting Customer Care.

before a certain date. Why does access to bills previous to three years stop? I need to go back three years. these online banking processes don't cater for every situation and it takes an age to ring and ask.
