Iv got a small yellow and black EE 4g wifi box for the caravan and I bought a 50gb data only sim for it it’s now ran out and can’t find a way to link it to the EE app to check how much data is left and top it up. It says select a device but only gives a few options for the mobile sim option it asks for a phone number and it dosnt have one so I tried the broadband option and it says it wants info off a bill statement well it’s pay as you go so no bill statement Iv got no clue on how to top it up any help? And thanks.

Mobile routers contain a SIM. All SIMs have a mobile no. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
