discovery+ Activation Issues

Hi all,

I’m still having problems with discovery+ activation.

Cannot re-activate the Inclusive Extra back to my discovery+ account no matter what I do, with the people at 150 removing and adding back the Inclusive Extra to see if it does anything…

I now feel like I’m going round in circles to phone 150 and spend 40 minutes on the phone to come away with no resolution. For the record, I massively praise the staff at EE, who do go above and beyond trying to fix this.

Anyone else in the same boat? 

More than happy to post a screenshot of what it says when I go to ee.co.uk/tntsports (the activation link).

For a sports fan whose interests are mostly on TNT - it’s certainly frustrating.

I am really sorry to hear your TNT Sports issue is still ongoing currently, it does sound very frustrating. From your previous message I see you mentioned having a ticket raised for the issue, has there been no follow up from that or expectation set of being contacted about it? 
 

You can post a screenshot to help other see what you are seeing in case someone has the same issue, though it does sound like with what you have discussed already on your calls that this may be something that can only be solved by our TNT support team.

ordered tnt sports package s add on works on my pro box but not on discovery + app can acess entertainment package but not the tnt sports i have ordered i have tried to activate via ee app and browser and says try in a little while when try to activate any help with this?  i havebeen promised a call back from last week but nothing as yet
