EE have cut me off due to non-payment of bill. Now, I need to pay this and get reconnected.
Ironically, I cannot call because of the disconnection. And live chat has been removed from your website and is never available via the app.
So, what am I supposed to do? If I cannot be reconnected, as I cannot contact anyone, how do I get my PAC so I can move network?

@rybo1234 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

In this case, please call us from any other phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150 or VoIP calling service such as Skype on +44 (0)800 956 6000 and the team will help you with the bill amount and take the payment.

@rybo1234 You’ll also not get a PAC code as you have an out standing bill to be paid. Also changing networks will result in you paying off this contract in full.
