Hi @DB2504 I can imagine it must be concerning that your direct debit didn't get taken when you expected it to.

If it's still not been taken today, I'd recommend giving one our billing guides a call so that they can get this looked into for you.

To speak with our billing team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
