Hi I have just payed £65 pounds of my bill and will be paying the rest in a week from this Monday coming. If this is OK with your selfs. If I can pay sooner I will but please can I have my services back on please. You have never had trouble with me in the past and this is just a bad time at the moment.

This is not customer service, you will have to ring them, but I doubt they will restore your service until it is all paid off. This is a public forum, so no access to accounts.

If you ring customer service, they may enable your service back, but that will be down to them. You should have spoken to them, when you had problems paying your bill and you may have been able to come to an arrangement.
