Asking on behalf of a friend. They have recently just requested a pac code but then a few hours later they were presented with a "price match offer." Does anyone know the terms of this offer?

@Joeb63  Not from this public forum no. Customer services can give more information to the registered owner of the account.

Not gonna bother waiting for CS to pick up then. Shame really because they are losing 2 contracts from the Orange days. Quite funny because its over £8! Nearly lost mine but I negotiated a amazing deal and tbh they might end up with this back because their billing department have broken the contract already. Shame on EE really doing this but all networks have mostly the same coverage and the speed difference between Vodaphone Three and EE is barely noticeable. (Compared with other family users)

This is always subjective and depends where you use your phone, but this is certainly not the case on a national level!

Best wishes on your new provider.

Absolutely agree pal! My EE sim does struggle to compete with my vodaphone sim sometimes.
