I just call the ee shop As one of your managers told me to and i found him very rude was told to bring in my contract and they will take my ohone bk. Im not happy and going to go to a soldier

This here is not customer service, but a public forum, not sure what you expect us here to do.

Maybe make clearer what your problem is, then we might be able to help. Not sure what you mean by not happy and going to go to a soldier.

Was there a problem with your phone and contract? Did you do this online or in a store, that is high street shop?

Are you trying to upgrade or have you upgraded and not happy with the upgrade? If that is the case, did you do it online? You have 14 days to change your mind, if you did it in a high street store, then you do not have the opportunity to change your mind, that would only be under the high street’s discretion if item is faulty, as you had the opportunity to take a look and discuss there.
