Full Works Sim-Only for £29

I'm currently on a iphone allrounder for £22 for 6 months, EE keep sending me notifications that I can upgrade to a new phone+sim deal or sim-only deal

Going through the options  and  can get Full Works for £29 on Sim-Only is this correct, could I upgrade to that or is it another line as the CS person wasn't very helpful and said I can't upgrade when I explained I was getting this offer from EE and it's in my app on my mobile, so it is being offered to me. But I also noted there a similar product further down the list but for £48

if i order the £29 version is it an upgrade or add-on as the app is reporting as an upgrade

@Den123

If it is showing you in the app there is an upgrade available, you should be able to upgrade, but you won't know until you try. I had more than 3 months left on my contract and it let me, but can't guarantee you'll have same outcome

Cheers for checking that @walkerx, I'm glad you're all sorted out with your Apple One!

Pending charges don't always show in the app, so I'd definitely recommend giving our team a shout so we can be absolutely sure on this one.
