Is the 30% friends and family discount no longer applied to devices and only the airtime? 

I can’t find it anywhere on the website?

Hi, yes I can only see flexpay, so the f+f employee code only takes discount from the tariff, not the device?

It's dissapointing  ee have taken this route since it was the reason I left Vodafone and transferred to ee

Flex Pay is not the only option for our pay monthly customers.

Currently on the website and app flex pay is the only option for the s23 ultra I wanted,  and now the shop is down again 

The price shown to me at the moment is about 70% more expensive than other providers, and I have broadband and another line with ee. Its not very competitive 

Is there any estimate as to when the online shop be fixed?

If you're looking to upgrade to a standard plan, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team, or popping into your nearest EE Store.

The problem is you can't use a discount code over the phone or in store. So is the f+f code now unusable on devices?

Is the 30% friends and family discount no longer applied to devices and only the airtime? I am able to access standard plans from my phone over website where it is applied to device and plan but I cant access it same way from computer.  From computer only option to upgrade I have is Flexi pay and then 30% is applied only to plan. 

Can u assist me how to look at it from my PC or my EE app on phone?
