Thanks

Danny

Hi James,

I have already done this and it was deemed not fraud but with no explanation.

I can see several threads on this forum of people who have experienced the exact same thing

any help would be greatly appreciated

Please can anyone help me here? EE are refusing to deem this fraud. My identity has been stolen and it’s going to cost me £1900 plus destroy my credit rating. A lot of people have reported the exact same thing and there articles online about it @James_B @bristolian @Northerner

please help!

EE will chase you for this debt and will not drop it, make a twitter account, post the evidence, tag the press, police, action fraud, create publicity and it'll get dealt with, also start the small claims court process

Ok thanks @Drl90 i will contact mailonline as they seem to have reported it and also tweet all the people you say. Clearly this is a scam that EE don’t want to accept is happening and would rather chase innocent people for the debt. They clearly have terrible Systems in place to prevent this kind of fraud. I’ve also been advised to contact my local MP as apparently they like to get involved in these kind of things

@Danny_125 , @James_B , has sent you a private message, please check your inbox and get back to him, if you have not already done so, check further above here for the reply from him.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Ok thanks I have responded, hopefully someone can help, looks like there are about 40 recent similar cases and EE have done nothing so we’ll need to band together to get his sorted @Drl90

EE won't deal with this, the fraud team won't deal with identity theft, customer service teams don't have the power to do anything above the fraud team, check the image attached
