Hi @Danny_125
You need to report this to the police as well.
Call EE CS on 150 and speak to them about the issue.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

Hi,
Thanks, I have reported to the police and actionfraud.
As the phone was intercepted by the fraudster I can’t call 150. Is there a line to the fraud department? I’m sure that if I explain the situation they’ll understand. I have seen articles online and on this forum about people experiencing similar scams
Thanks
Danny

Hello, I am in the exact same position @Katie_B @Drl90
Someone has used my home address and DOB to take out a phone contract at EE and I am now being pursued for the contract payments. The phone was intercepted during delivery (I have photographic proof)
EE have said it isn’t fraud, please can someone help. It is also destroying my credit rating and actionfruad have told me resolve it with EE.
i would be extremely grateful for some help as this is very distressing. I plan to apply for a mortgage soon and this will stop me from doing that.
thanks

Hi @Danny_125,
Sorry, it isn't possible to be transferred directly to our fraud team. Our Customer Care Team will take some details when you call and raise a case with the fraud team on your behalf.
Once they have received your details, an investigation will be carried out, after which you'll be contacted directly.
Hope this helps.
James
