Hi,
So I had a fitness+ subscription with a previous contract that is now reaching its end of free period (2 year Apple Watch). I have recently taken out a new contract which has fitness+ as part of that contract, it should have been an upgrade but due to many issues at EE’s end it went through as a new contract.
I’m assuming I should have received a code or something to activate the new fitness+ sub that is included in my new contract? I have not received anything like that and when I search for my rewards, and the like, as part of my contracts it says I have none.
Concidering I’m paying £51 a month for this to be part of the service it’s a little annoying that I soon won’t be able to use it. As of mid December it wants to charge me for the fitness+ sub and my only option is to cancel which I I’d rather not do since I actually use it.

Hi @Red5standingby,
Has your old watch contract now been cancelled and the new one is now linked up to your mobile number? If so try texting FITNESSPLUS to 150 to start the activation process.

Only now I have the problem that it claims my code limit has been reached, which is nonsense.

I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check your account and get this activated for you.
