Massive bills due to fraud?

JamesTDC

Hello. We own a salon and use an EE cheap pay monthly sim for the shop phone, it looks like at some point someone has set it up for Charge to Bill for premium services without our manageress noticing. Thankfully this seems to only have been over the last two months, but that's almost £500 in charges we had no idea about. I did just text 150 to stop these after finding out how to do so via the EE site, but that's still a huge amount of money, is there any way to get it back or am I going to have to speak to my bank? Honestly I had no idea this charge to bill operation was even a thing and was shocked at the bills.

@JamesTDC  You’ll need to call customer support about this and your bank.   It’s fraud so you should also report this to the police.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
