Good day to all I’m away travelling and spoke to one of you’re colleagues back in July to port my number and my daughters on this account and was sent my final bill and paid it in July - so I’m confused how I’m now receiving another final bill - my post is going to my sisters house and she’s contacted me to say I’m receiving this demand - can you please explain to me
I’ve attached my bank statement of the payment

You ported both nos. to another network? Are both nos. now working on other network?
You spoke to EE to port your nos. Did they give you 2 PACs to give to other network? Cuz that's how porting is done. EE don't do the porting for you.
