Multiple numbers on one account and trying to leave EE on one of those numbers

I have 2 numbers linked to one account on EE and I am trying to move one of the numbers to a new provider as the contract on one of them is expiring in a few days. As I requested a PAC through my EE account on the number I wanted to switch, I got a text on both numbers about the early leaving fee. Does this mean I have accidentally cancelled both my new contract and expiring contract and will have to pay a massive fee?

@Sofiia9  If you only use the pac code for the number in question then you’ll have no issues as after 30 days the pac code will expire for the number your not moving and will continue as if nothing has happened.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

So if I only use the PAC code for the number I want to transfer, that will be the only number I will have to pay the early leaving fee for and my new contract on the same account will just continue as normal in monthly payments?

Yes. If you only use the PAC for the expiring contract, there should be no early leaving fee to pay.
