Hi all, I have 4 phone numbers on my account, my wife, my 2 kids, and mine. I would like to move the 2 kids phone numbers to their own debit cards. I can’t see a straight forward way of doing this. The option presented when asking the help bot doesn’t match up with the steps to follow. If anyone knows a way of doing this online or on the app, that would be much appreciated 🙏.

To have 2 or more separate bills in order to pay by separate methods of payment you need to have your contracts under separate EE a/c's.
The current owner, you, of the contract wishing to be moved needs to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. The other person will need to pass a credit check. They will then be responsible for paying for that contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for the other to quote when they call.

Pay-monthly billing is done at an account level, so charges are collated for all the phones on a given account, presented & taken as one.
Individual users can make individual payments towards any billing account of their choice, which are then collated on the monthly bill date and reduce the collective bill accordingly.
The only other option would be to split the billing account up, with separate accounts for each individual user each with their own monthly DD. Assuming your kids are of age to pass the credit check, this would also mean losing multi-user benefits including data sharing.
