Failing credit check

Hi,

I was informed I failed the credit check but my credit score is in 800s+ and when I ask why I failed they said oh we can't say it's under data protection act. So I was wondering how can you fail a credit check if my score 800+ and I pay all my bills on time

@Jon1310 : These credit scores are merely a marketing tool on the part of the credit rating firms & are not considered by EE. What matters is your credit, residence & electoral roll history.

As what @XRaySpeX  said, nothing but marketing spin. 

EE like every lender has its own criteria for credit acceptance. It could be many factors like what you applied for, the amount of credit you have already or one of many different factors.

Hi,

When I asked the sales guy why it failed he just said oh I can't say under data protection act but he was happy to give me the email to ask them, then he said oh I'll try and ask my manager to override the internal system and also said that I now qualify for pixel 7 then 2 hours later after contacting him. He went no, you now don't qualify, it's like they only want people with awful credit. My friend was accepted for an iPhone that was £56 a month and his friend credit score is so bad but I failed credit score checkers even though I pay everything on time.

People with a Good or Bad Credit rating can get turned down.  Even if you haven't had Credit in the past.

They recommend you should wait 6 months before trying again to try for a contract.

The first gut to start a credit check agency was a Bent copper he also started up , other checks ? 
so the system is a floored system to control, this why you can’t get fooled by a cashless society, cos they can control your credit ? 
DD are the worst missed payments , using your credit to live going over , 60% on your cards will drop it , now if you with one credit agency & your score is high it don’t mean they are on others ? 
mum having murders now I’m disabled & my accounts have all been hacked by a group called the Black axe gang look em up ? 
now I’ve been fighting for 2yrs to prove my incompetence & what’s happened I’ve even had a breakdown cos of it cos I have fibromyalgia & a few other conditions, 

the credit agency ain’t listening to me so I’ve gone to the ombudsman & Cab disability rights & others , they doit by getting in the back door of your emails ?? 
then wait what they do is find out your life style the way you pay & so on cos they have hacked your emails they get all your passwords & change em how this works ???? 
is this your credit will drop on your credit score cos they will do hard searches in your name , so it happens slowerly so you don’t notice it then it’s to late cos it’s the dark web they earn off you ? 
mum disabled , dyslexic got adhd & they know this but I’m not stupid I’m very street wise & done all my own homework on the lot of em , cos to survive in the modern world think like them & get one step a head of them , 

the system is set up for them not us KTF jb

They will not know why it’s a false belief they do it comes back failed ? 
do your own checks see if your account as been compromised never link your accounts it’s not safe !!  I’ve had 2/3 years of hell & im 60ty disabled not stupid lol🤪😎👍🫶 learn tricks to survive on the net ? We are an ageing society who are being left behind for a reason that’s why our pension's ain’t even safe from the biggest hacker of all the Man at Westminster the clown 🤡 stay safe do your homework read the small print & don’t believe everything on the net is safe ,

If you got no credit, thats only a little better than bad credit.

Good credit when you actively using credit and not breaching your terms.
