Hello, can someone please explain what the following means? I don't have an issue as such, and this isn't a recent change, I'm just trying to understand how £22 becomes £24.04. That's not VAT, which would be 20%, so what is it? Why are there multiple prices shown on my bill for individual items?

When did you notice this?
Last year the annual price increase was 9.3%, so a £22 contract would become £24.04
From the 31st March this year the prices will go up by 14.4% so that would add 14.4% to the £24.04
Hope this helps.
