I have tried paying my bill online, was all going fine till I had to wait for the transaction to go through. It came up with an error message saying the session has expired. The money has gone out of my bank account but still says that I haven't paid on the ee app. I didn't get a payment confirmation email either.

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if we can check for the payment from our side.
