how do i pay my bill

Im trying to pay my phone bill but the app and website are down, its telling me to text a number but ive been cut off, so cannot do this please help 

Cannot download bill

You sent my bill by email and I logged in and tried to down load bill. The screen changed but went to a blank screen. Left it for a day and tried again the following day, same thing happened.  Why can I not download bill? Never had a problem before.

Smart plan just found out mis sold

Hello i am waiting for a refund and was advised it would be in by today. I have no gas currently and my electricity is very low due to paying twice for my mobile bill... can i get an update please as these are hard times and 60 is a lot 

SAR outgoing calls

I’ve requested an Subject Access Request for my outgoing calls. My question is whether any outgoing calls where my number was withheld would appear in the subject access request?
