No network uk

Hi. I've had no network connection since my contract ended and I've gone on to a sim only plan just realised I have an outstanding bill could this be why I'm not getting any network connection 

Switch to sim only

My phone contract ended in August and i chose to go to a sim only contract a few days ago. Do EE send out a new sim card for this as they appear to have blocked my other even though its same number. TIA

EE Sim only set up direct debit

I’ve just ordered a sim only and on the emailed receipt it says payment method: no direct debit set up  Still waiting for the sim to arrive it says estimated bill date today 11/11/22 Estimated payment due 19/11/22
