Hi there folks 

 

not sure how to say this but so far I’ve been paying all my bills on time but for some reason they sent my xontrAct to a debt company I have all the evidence of payments but I’m receiving text messages asking me to pay my bill which naturally I’m gonna do but it won’t let me sign in to my account is anyone else having these issues

I would suggest getting in touch with our mobile care team to get the account looked into and the payments. They will be able to check why you have been contacted by this company for your EE account and help you further.
