European Roaming Charges

Can anyone advise why I have been charged for Data Roaming in Greece when it appears to be part of my business plan?

Hi @RobEdward

It depends on your plan and also if you were connected to the Greek and and not Turkish network.

Your question is lacking detail and as there is no account access on these forums then you might be best calling EE CS on 150.

Thanks

1: Have you been charged for data roaming specifically? Or just a daily roaming charge in general? That covers voice, data & text.

2; What makes you say it "appears" to be a part of your plan? What's your basis for thinking so?

3: Mentioned above, but have you been charged for roaming on Greek or Turkish networks? Your bill should mention "EU" if it's Greek, but that wouldn't apply for Turkey.
