I've just got broadband got a text saying I've been billed no bother have the money the APP won't let me pay haven't got a bill ???

Have you linked your broadband account to the EE ID to view the bills? You can find steps on how to do this in our Linking Your EE Products page.
If this has already been done and the bill is not showing, please get in touch and the team will get this looked into for you.
