EE the company that fails to supply VAT invoices to Businesses!

For the past year or so I haven't been able to log on to my EE account to download and print off the invoices that cover our current mobile phone contract.  I have contacted support, posted on here and things are still the same.  I have had to make numerous phone calls to EE to get copies of the invoices emailed over.  I was once told by them that they no longer email them over because of data protection and that from that point on they would be posted through Royal Mail, this process happened once before EE reverted back to type and stopped sending them. 

I have since called EE again and another person told me they could email them over, which they did.  I am now again two months short on my VAT invoices and back to square one again. 

Why is it that a company that advertises how great they are is quite obviously not so great? Do you think we are all mugs?

Luckily for us our contract finishes next month and we will of course be cancelling with EE and taking our trade elsewhere.  No only has the signal that has been provided been absolutely appalling but overall the way they deal with their customers is, to put it kindly, non existent! I won't ever be using EE again and will ensure that I make anyone who is interested to know my thoughts on them as a company and as a mobile phone provider!!! No thanks, never again!

I have a solution, when your contract comes up for renewal cancel with them! They are useless for providing VAT invoices and this is one of reasons we will not be renewing our Contract with them.  Rach_H appears to believe that you can contact them to set your account up so it works, you can't, it never does work! As for having them sent out in the post this happened ONCE for us before that stopped, they are absolutely useless and really don't care about the like of you or me!!!!! Good Luck!
