EVERY MONTH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS INVOICE / BILL . I DON'T HAVE THESE DIFFICULTIES WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. WHY ARE YOU BEING SO DIFFICULT TO ALLOW US ACCESS TO OUR INVOICES. I AM GOING TO PHONE AND REQUEST PAPER COPIES IN THE POST AGAIN. WHAT A BACKWARD STEP FOR THE ENVIROMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Which bills and are your issues with the online portal or EE app.
Can you also clarify the issues you are having and any error messages.
