I trying to log in online and on the app, but the pages won't load. It keeps saying the site isn't working or please try again. I haven't been able to log in to my account for three weeks. Please help.

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest to ring customer service and ask them to refresh your account, then you can register again once that is done. Also please make sure that you have the latest app.
Are you able to log=in via the website?

Just to add to @Schockwave's brilliant advice, I'd recommend uninstalling, then reinstalling the app to see if that helps.
