I cannot link my number to the app. Do not know why.

It doesn't look like any picture has been attached to show the error you are seeing.

It is worth trying to login through the website to see if you can link the account there.

If you still see an error there, please give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
