DESPITE CONTACTING EE MANY MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS, WE ARE STILL UNABLE TO VIEW OR PRINT OUR COMPANY INVOICES FOR THE MOBILE. WE JUST KEEP GETTING TOLD TO LOG A QUERY/COMPLAINT. WHICH WE AND MANY MANY OTHERS HAVE DONE OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS. WHY CAN'T EE SORT THIS OUT. SURELY THE HMRC WILL NEED TO SEE YOUR INVOICES FOR VAT PURPOSES FOR THOSE OF US WHO NEED TO RECLAIM THE VAT. AND WHY ARE YOU NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THIS IS IN FACT A WIDE SPREAD PROBLEM NOT JUST A FEW INDIVIDUALS. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN THIS ISSUE WILL GET SORTED OUT.

This is a community forum and not EE Customer Services and as such none of us have any clue who you are and we don't have any access to your account. You would need to talk to EE about this or if you have any specific general questions we can try to answer this as a community. We are all fellow customers on here who try to answer each others queries and give advice.
On that point, not sure if you have an issue with your Caps Lock but the use of all capital letters is generally regarded as shouting on the Internet and is seen as rude.
People may be less willing to help in this voluntary capacity as a result.
