Hi @asheiiyy

Check your credit files mate sure you're on the electoral roll. Maybe look at SIM only plans to build up a history.

Hey Thank you, they said I was eligible for a phone and everything it was something to do with my phone as my credit score is fine and just something to proof I live at my address.

Are you able to provide proof of address to the team @asheiiyy?

Rach

Yes I do have evidence, as I’ve been in my home for about 8 months now

Perhaps your credit history has you living at a diff (old) addy. Maybe you didn't update it when you moved. You may need to contact the various Credit Reference Agencies to correct it.
