EE is not accepting my payment and my bill is now overdue

I've tried repeatedly to pay this bill on EE's website on multiple devices and with multiple cards and it keeps just saying that the service is not available. Now my bill is overdue and there seems to be nobody who can help me. It is incredibly frustrating. Is this affecting anyone else?

Hi but that is not useful at 2am because there nobody on the phone available at that time

I think @badkarm4 was literally saying there is no need for your additional comments. The person asked for help and was met with pathetic I have nothing else to do with my time reply of “there’s no excuses”…

Maybe we’ve forgotten to answer the question and stop acting like we are everyone’s mum or have shares in EE. 

another user not paying on time has nothing to do with someone else. It’s just sad that some people make sure to add their 2pence especially when it makes no difference other than them making theirselves feel important. 

also regarding the link….again does not work for me during the night hours. 

I can’t even seem to look at my bills or payments during the night hours…just won’t load.

@Ashnique  that’s because customer support isn’t 24h.  

Open every day, all year round from 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 8pm Saturday and Sunday
