Did you mean:

EE is not accepting my payment and my bill is now overdue

I've tried repeatedly to pay this bill on EE's website on multiple devices and with multiple cards and it keeps just saying that the service is not available. Now my bill is overdue and there seems to be nobody who can help me. It is incredibly frustrating. Is this affecting anyone else?

Same for me. I tried calling 360. Took my money but said sorry there’s a problem, tried again same card same thing, tried another card same thing, tried online the page won’t load. And it’s happened before and it’s during the night hours. Call 150 after 8am and they will process

Many ways to pay your bill and no excuses for late payments.

Thanks

Wow didn’t know they asked for you to be rude also.

Its quite shocking that EE lets these people troll thier customers, its not the first time Ive read them smugly answer forum questions without fully understanding whats being asked. Seems theyre too concerned with thier post counts than post quantities. Just report them, the more that do the better. (Although I suppose EE likes having free labour, even if theyre not correct all the time.)

I too have had this problem over the last few months where the on my way to pay is to speak to an actual EE employer by phoning 150 and letting them take payment over the phone.

@badkarm4   So using the link I posted isn’t good enough?   Seems not

And any post that needs moderation will be.   And I see the only post hat has been was @DRust  because of a email signature,

And @Northerner  reply is absolutely spot on.   There’s 7 days between getting the bill and actually having to pay it.   In fact if you setup a DD you actually get a bit longer if the funds are not there. But hay report those who have only said fact and stuff you don’t like,   not likening something doesn’t mean it’s wrong by the way.
