Paid £190 for the Apple Watch ultra and I didn’t arrive. Phoned customer services and cancelled the order The advisor said that the refund would take about 3 to 5 days.

Phoned to chase up the refund and EE have decided to deduct the money from my outstanding bill and I won’t receive a bill at the beginning of October which is normally taken by direct debit….

@Coney3173  . TBF that is pretty common practice with larger companies.  I had an overcharging issue with Shell Energy, they agreed and corrected it in the next month's bill rather than refunding.  I know that wouldn't suit some customers but it didn't bother me TBH.

@Coney3173 , if you had wanted a refund rather than having it deducted from your October bill, you could have asked for it, and would have received it.

To be fair, this would be down to Apple not having produced enough to send to networks and also how many have ordered same product, as to when it would be delivered, as this is a new product, just like the IPhones, there is always a delay in delivering products. They can only send them out when they have stocks, and this happens every year, so may be worth waiting a month or two before ordering, if you do not like waiting for delivery and want it pronto.
