I'm hoping someone can offer some insight or has experienced a similar issue. I'm trying to pay off the remaining balance on my loan through the EE portal, but I'm encountering a persistent error that prevents me from completing the transaction.
Regardless of the device or browser I use (PC, Chromebook, mobile - tried Chrome, Edge, etc.), the payment process fails at the final stage. I go through the steps: "Make payment" -> "load agreement" -> "next" -> "pay off loan" -> "next," enter my card details, and then when I click "confirm and pay," I consistently get a "site can't be reached" error. This happens after a small pop-up appears that seems to be validating security with EE and my bank.
I've confirmed that there are no issues with my bank card, as it works without any problems elsewhere. The fact that this is happening across multiple devices and browsers suggests the problem isn't on my end.
It's incredibly frustrating, especially since I'm trying to pay off the loan in full. Has anyone else encountered this specific "site can't be reached" error when trying to make a payment, particularly a full loan payoff? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
