EE Finance Full Payment Error

Hi EE Community,

I'm hoping someone can offer some insight or has experienced a similar issue. I'm trying to pay off the remaining balance on my loan through the EE portal, but I'm encountering a persistent error that prevents me from completing the transaction.

Regardless of the device or browser I use (PC, Chromebook, mobile - tried Chrome, Edge, etc.), the payment process fails at the final stage. I go through the steps: "Make payment" -> "load agreement" -> "next" -> "pay off loan" -> "next," enter my card details, and then when I click "confirm and pay," I consistently get a "site can't be reached" error. This happens after a small pop-up appears that seems to be validating security with EE and my bank.

I've confirmed that there are no issues with my bank card, as it works without any problems elsewhere. The fact that this is happening across multiple devices and browsers suggests the problem isn't on my end.

It's incredibly frustrating, especially since I'm trying to pay off the loan in full. Has anyone else encountered this specific "site can't be reached" error when trying to make a payment, particularly a full loan payoff? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

@Neosegauk  Ok.   You still need to call customer support in order to do that.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Neosegauk   If it’s a flex tariff ie one where you are billed separately for the airtime and the device you can not pay off the device online you need to call customer support in order to do that.

No it's not a flex tariff it was for a playstation 5 pro

Id just like to point out no this is in fact not the solution so Admins please take this off as a solution. The fact is you should be able to fully pay off the EE Glow Finance loan online. There is a glitch. It's now been sorted and anyone who wants to pay it off can do so again online.

For anyone wondering this has now been fixed as of the time of writing this message here and you can fully pay off your EE Glow Finance payment online.
