Just moved to EE as an Openreach employee and used my 50% discount, all good. Now I want to take out a second contract and phone on the same account for my wife so we can share data but it tells me I'm not eligible. Can you confirm if there is a certain amount of time I need to wait until I'll be able to do this, is it a glitch or is it just not possible?

@WynterChill You usually have to wait till you have paid the first bill before you can add additional lines to the account.
