I have been transferred from Plusnet so as to keep my landline phone service, and have received an e-mail from EE about my first bill.
However, I cannot download the EE App via my Google Account, and in any case would prefer to view this online via my PC (Win 11). I've tried to access the billing information via the EE web link, 'Manage Account' but without success:
"We can't load this right now
There's a problem getting the information to you. Please try again later"
I have tried several times since but cannot gain access to the bill which EE says it has raised. FYI My landline phone was cut off today (I have a mobile phone for emergencies but it's not EE or BT supplied so presumably a phone call to EE support will be chargeable ?).

Many thanks - my browser (Firefox & Win 11) will not fully load the URL shown in your screenshot: https://ee.co.uk/exp/home
The browser is stuck in a repetitive loop of about a second for each cycle.
However, I have managed to register my Broadband service with EE, so the original access to billing query is now resolved.
