EE Account & Billing - Online access via PC ?

I have been transferred from Plusnet so as to keep my landline phone service, and have received an e-mail from EE about my first bill.

However, I cannot download the EE App via my Google Account, and in any case would prefer to view this online via my PC (Win 11).   I've tried to access the billing information via the EE web link, 'Manage Account' but without success:

"We can't load this right now
There's a problem getting the information to you. Please try again later"

I have tried several times since but cannot gain access to the bill which EE says it has raised. FYI My landline phone was cut off today (I have a mobile phone for emergencies but it's not EE or BT supplied so presumably a phone call to EE support will be chargeable ?).

Correction: I now see that the web page I tried to access is 'Apps and subscriptions', which is not what I was looking for (which is billing information).

Many thanks for the suggestion - but I can't see 'Bills & Payments' after logging in. I could see 'Orders' but get an error message:

"Orders
Some internal error occurred
E00001: Service Error. User Reference is …"

It should be under Manage.

Have your services with EE already started? 

Please also check your account has been linked to your EE online access. From what you have said it should already be set up, but if not you can find the steps at Linking your EE products to your EE login

Thanks, that's useful - the service has started. I've looked at the web guidance ('Linking your EE products to your EE login') but cannot see 'Link a device' after logging in:

Link a product online

Log in to the EE website.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Choose Link a device.

From that it looks as if you have no products linked to it. That's why it's asking you to "Link a Product"  Link your BB there using its a/c no. starting with 'GB'.

EDIT: Responding to your last post, "Link a Product" is on the Manage page you showed us earlier.

Thanks again - I've followed the "Link a Product" suggestion, and after resolving a birth date query via support (0800 956 6000), the latest bill is now accessible.
