Downgrade my contract

Hi my contract ends in October..Trying to find out if I can downgrade my contract to less net as I no longer need 200gb.app says nothing.Phoned EE 16 times.Nonodu will pick up the phone.So can I downgrade my contract in a month or should I just leave for another company? ty

Thanks I was looking for a cheaper contract.Managed to get a callback from
EE ..But all there deals are Uber expensive compared to just about every
other company.so goodbye EE

Are you looking to upgrade to a new phone, with a cheaper contract? Or are you looking to change to SIM only?
