Phone useage

I’ve been cut off my data and calls for no reason even though I’ve paid my monthly bill and have data.. so am unable to call EE annoyingly. Any ideas on how to get this sorted?

Resolved! End of contract

My contract ends 1/11/22. How soon can I end my contract without incurring further costs please?I do not wish to renew or upgrade, just simply end the contract.

Resolved! If i add a family member can they pay there own bill

I would like to add a family member and get an additional contract for them, but they want to be able to pay there own bill, but as they will get a discount for an extra family member do I need to pay the bill each month.thanks in advance
